Review do Asus ProArt PZ13: Uma alternativa mais barata ao Surface Pro.

Asus ProArt PZ13 Review: A Cheaper Surface Pro

## Microsoft Surface Pro alternatives: Introducing the Asus ProArt PZ13

The latest release from Microsoft, the Surface Pro, has been hailed as the epitome of detachable 2-in-1 Copilot+ PCs. However, with a steep price tag of $1,950, it may not be accessible to everyone.

Enter Asus with their own version of the Surface Pro – the ProArt PZ13. Priced at $1,100, this device offers a budget-friendly alternative that doesn’t compromise on quality.

To bring down the price, Asus had to make some sacrifices. The ProArt PZ13 features a 13-inch touchscreen, 16 GB of RAM, and a magnetically attached keyboard, all of which are included in the purchase. However, the CPU is where the major difference lies. Instead of Microsoft’s Elite CPU, Asus opted for a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus X1P42100. While it may not be as powerful as the Elite, it delivers satisfactory performance for everyday tasks.

In terms of display, there are slight variations between the Surface Pro and the ProArt PZ13. The Surface Pro boasts a 2,880 x 1,920 pixel resolution, while the ProArt PZ13 offers a slightly lower resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 pixels. While the ProArt PZ13’s screen may not be as vibrant and bright as its counterpart, it still delivers a satisfactory viewing experience.

Interestingly, Asus has made some upgrades compared to the Surface Pro. The ProArt PZ13 comes with a default 1-TB drive, as opposed to Microsoft’s 512-GB SSD. Additionally, Asus has equipped the ProArt PZ13 with two USB-C 4.0 ports and a full-size SD card slot. It’s worth noting that one of the USB-C ports is dedicated to charging the device, which is a slight inconvenience compared to the Surface Pro’s charging setup.

One minor drawback of the ProArt PZ13 is the placement of the SD card slot and one of the USB-C ports. These ports are hidden under a rigid plastic flap, which can be difficult to open and tends to get in the way.

Overall, the Asus ProArt PZ13 offers a compelling alternative to the Microsoft Surface Pro. With its lower price point and comparable performance, it’s an excellent choice for those looking for a budget-friendly detachable 2-in-1 Copilot+ PC.
